Cyclical maintenance work in the conservation area of Kensington and Chelsea included brick and window replacements to ensure the preservation of the area's character while maintaining safety and functionality. Our specialist inspector visits the site three times a week to monitor the materials used and assess the quality of work. Any identified mistakes are promptly communicated to the main contractor to ensure everything meets our high standards.

This refurbishment project took place on the top and loft of an eight-story building located in the heart of London. Our inspector conducted weekly site visits to ensure that the work was being carried out in accordance with the design drawings, conducting thorough cross-references between the plans and the progress made.

Islington Devolopment

Our dedicated inspectors have closely monitored the construction of a four-story residential development, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage. This included checking the foundation, bearing structure, and roof to guarantee structural integrity.

We have overseen the formation of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, covering all aspects of construction, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, first and second fix installations, and final finishing works. Additionally, we supervised the ground floor paving, which was meticulously completed using reclaimed clay tiles for a high-quality finish.

Kensington Ladbroke Terrace

In this project, we oversaw the restoration of the facade, ensuring that all work adhered to the highest standards. This included stripping out the existing paint, which, over the years, had accumulated multiple layers, causing the stone features and moldings to disappear beneath it.

Our team monitored the restoration of the stone features, ensuring that the contractor used the appropriate mortar mix, as specified and approved in the project specifications.

Additionally, all windows were replaced, and our inspectors ensured that gaps surrounding the window frames were properly rectified and filled with the specified materials. This process enhances energy efficiency, contributing to long-term energy savings for the building

Rickmansworth new development

This new development phase consists of five independent 5-bedroom houses built to the highest energy efficiency standards. Our team closely monitored each stage, from foundation work to the structural envelope and finishing phases, ensuring quality and compliance at every step.

We paid particular attention to insulation, including cavity walls, cavity trays, and weep holes, as well as smoke, fire, and acoustic sealants on joints, guaranteeing the precise execution of critical details.

Designed to meet Passive House standards, these homes benefit from our dedicated inspectors, ensuring they are extremely well-insulated and energy-efficient, delivering superior thermal performance, comfort, and sustainability.
